Dear Diary: The Job I fought So hard For

Dear Diary the Job I remembered I fought so hard for was a job in Vue Cinema LTD. My 1st Job was in Sports World, my dad knew the manager and so he gave me the job straight away, I never used to like the easy way out of things and I had slaved for 8 hours for 3 days just working less than the minimum wage which was £4.50 p/h.

Dear Diary I was fed up of asking my dad for money because I didnt have enough to help sustain me through the month. My stepmum would say "MI NAH GI YUH NO MONEY" (thats Patois in jamaica for: I'm not giving you no money).

Dear Diary I used to feel so ashamed to ask anybody for money, even though I really needed it I would let myself suffer. So when I used to some to church I never had that drive to pray for my fanincial life and to take an action for myself, I used to accept the situation I was going through. I wasnt able to spend and had a great quantity of money left over, I had to always spend a tiny bit of money when it came to spending.

Dear Diary one day I decided to go to the monday service (UCKG) and pray for my financial life. a week/two weeks after the prayer, a close friend of mine gave me an address of a cinema, and to my surprise it was Vue Cinema LTD, the next day they had an open day, where we would go to give our cv's in and the same day when we went for the open day my friend and I was given an interview and we got the job. So Dear Diary there you go the first battle of my finiancial life.
